We had so much fun with Matt and Danielle on their special day in August. Danielle is a wedding planner at Dani Boyer Bridal Consulting, so this wedding was very organized and beautifully put together, which we were quite happy about! Matt & Danielle were complete naturals in front of the camera- we barely even had to ask them to pose; they knew exactly what to do. The ceremony was held at the very cute Milner Chapel, followed by some formals on a sunny day in downtown Fort Langley. Finally we headed to the reception, which was held at the Fort Langley Community Hall. The bride & groom, their family and friends, were all so much fun and easy to work with. You could really feel the love at this wedding- congrats to an amazing couple!
We had so much fun with Dave & Jen during their engagement session, so much in fact, that nearly 2 hours flew by without even noticing! We were lucky enough to have a such a great location on both of their amazing farms in Mission. There were cows everywhere – some even got in on the photo action, as did Jen’s beautiful horse, Cody. We got a little dirty, stepped in a few cow patties, did a little off-roading and even learned a bit about farm life. A big thanks to Dave & Jen for having us- we are looking forward to the wedding in October!
Luke’s cousin, Colby and his lovely bride Kate recently got married in mid-July, and we were so excited to photograph their wedding! Kate looked so elegant in her bird cage veil (as you can see!) Unfortunately, the outdoor ceremony got rained out (in July!) and we had to move indoors. It was quite cramped, but it was still a beautiful ceremony, complete with sweet vows and a few laughs as well. Afterwards, we headed to Colby’s mother’s very cute backyard for some formals shots and finally, we were off to the reception at Fort Langley Alliance Hall. It was a wonderful day – congrats to the newlyweds!
